1. Service

SoundLume provides AI-assisted music creation services. You submit a brief, we deliver an audio file.

2. Delivery window

Standard delivery is within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding outages or force majeure.

3. Revisions

Each order includes up to 3 revision requests. Extra revisions may be purchased as add-ons.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Do not request content that infringes copyrights or impersonates real artists/brands.
• Do not submit illegal, hateful, or abusive content.

5. Licensing and usage

You receive a license to use the delivered audio for your personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms. Because AI-generated works can have complex legal status, we do not guarantee that a copyright registration will be available in your jurisdiction.

6. No legal advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundLume’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
