Eligibility

  • If we miss the 48h delivery window by more than 24h, you may request a refund.
  • If the delivered file is technically broken (unplayable), we will fix or refund.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after delivery (since this is custom digital work).
  • Requests that violate our Terms (e.g., infringing prompts).
